I like the politely of the employees that work in the store and the quality of the pieces.

Barb wa very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with me as I described the gift I wanted to create. She took the time to display the various charms, loaded them on the bracelet so I could visualize the overall look, and made excellent recommendations of other charms.

My sales associate Iris helped from start to end in my transaction. She is very helpful in choosing the right jewelry for me. She is very accommodating and has a very beautiful smile to new customer like me. I will come back and buy again.

Everyone in the store was very pleasant to me. My sales Lady was very helpful on explaining on how to put the stoppers on my bracelet. Barbara my sales lady was kind enough to explain the special that was going on today and what would be coming.

Friendly & knowledgeable employees, store is clean & organized with plenty of charms available, found all the charms I was interested in seeing/purchasing. I would likely return to this store if I lived in the area but I was in the area visiting family.

I feel so very comfortable in this Pandora store. Everyone is so friendly. The salesperson who assisted me was Diana, who helped me back in Dec 2018 to design a bracelet as a gift from my husband to me. :-) She knows the product really well. And WEARS it, too. She was wearing a unique necklace (chain) and I ended up buying TWO of them, in different lengths. Great marketing!!!
