I went to get a replacement par for my bracelet that was a gift, so I had no receipt. Explained the situation to the associate, and she went to see what she could do about it. They ended up giving me a new one to replace the one with the damaged clasp.

They were very professional, efficient, and careful to listen to what I was looking for. The associate made suggestions on what I may like, and what size may fit better for my ring purchased. I wasn't sure what I was looking for as I was shopping for charms, and got directed into something I loved. Quick and effective service!

I was greeted and assisted by Jackie. She was knowledgeable in the product base and very helpful. She answered my questions and she made suggestions which enabled me to purchase extra items. I had quite an enjoyable experience, with the launch of the Spring Line and the cupcakes, bottled water, free pens, and raffle. I made a large purchase and love what I purchased.
