The sales associate, Diana, was incredibly thoughtful and patient and personable. She listened to me; worked with me, and... respecting my need for symmetry... together we created a beautiful bracelet. She even helped me with a Pandora bracelet I already own that I had brought with me to the store; it was really tight and she showed me how to make it more pliable. It's that kind of service that keeps me returning to this particular store.

I had a rough idea of what I wanted and the representative helped me find perfect matches for my existing bracelets and even suggested charms I didn't see before. I left with two accessories and confidence in my choices.

I am highly satisfied because they were still able to attend me even thought they almost closed and because they did not have a problem with me going to my car and getting my debit card to pay. They were extremely nice as well.
