Saleswoman was very friendly. She was knowledgeable. She asked questions of what I was looking for.

I ordered a bracelet and charms and boxes on line however when I received my order, 1 box I paid for was not included, 2 charms were tiny and didn’t fit on the bracelet and the 2 clips that I purchased didn’t fit on the bracelet. I was very frustrated and when I went to the store the salesperson was kind and swapped out the items and gave me a box. I won’t order on line again.

I went in with a Pandora bracelet bought years ago and it was tarnished. I wanted it cleaned and to buy a charm for my granddaughter. The saleswoman was very knowledgeable and cleaned the bracelet, showed me how to open it, put charm on,new box for 🎁! I am thrilled!

Staff was helpful Explained what was needed and they went right to what we asked for

I called the store and they had only one charm left of what I needed. They held it for me.

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and always makes you feel welcome and at home. Always really sweet and can always recommend things to take your idea of a charm Collection to a different level. Love Pandora❤️
