The two sales associates were very helpful and so kind. They made suggestions on a ring that I wanted to purchase. It was so easy to engage in conversation.

The girl I had today was soo nice her name was Caroline D and she was fantastic. I would recommend this store to many people because it was so clean and the people were so nice!!

I had brought a few pandora bracelets w charms & a few rings to be cleaned. i also had with me a pandora essence bracelet that had broke, I was looking to get it repaired (out of all my pandora jewelry it is my favorite) I was told that the store didnt do repairs and because the bracelet had been purchased over a year ago they would not be able to help. I left my jewelry with Xiomi to be cleaned, disappointed about the loss of my essence bracelet. Xiomi called me within the hour to tell me my jewelry was ready for pick up and that she spoke to her manager & since I was a loyal pandora customer that they were going to exchange the essence bracelet for a new one-- made me day! Thank you Xiomi for going the extra mile! so happy to have my favorite piece!

The store is clean and the staff is very friendly.

The products and jewelry are of high quality in terms of how they are made and appearance/color. It truly shows how thoughtful the creator is and shows that they pay attention to detail. The associates at the store are very welcoming and knowledgeable which adds to the experience. I also love how relatable they try to be; it shows that they aren't just selling to you, but they want to be sure you are buying what you really want and really like!

Sales girl was wonderful friendly and very helpful

Caroline was terrific, knowledgable, not rushed, engaging, with just enough salesmanship to increase my purchase from 1 clip to 2 and a 100" chain. I'm a longtime customer & 64, I don't respond to hard sell techniques, she was spot on. The other 2 gals on staff were as engaging and on point but Caroline is a stand out. She even got me to open a credit card.
