I love looking at the pandora bracelets that are put together on display. I always get new ideas when I walk by the store

The sales associate was readily available. She was pleasant and easy to talk to. I was able to obtain exactly what was looking for

I walked into the store, looked around, and then Erika asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told her I was looking for rainbow-type charms to add to an existing bracelet that is mostly rose gold. She was genuinely excited to help me, and found several charms for me to consider. She was MORE than happy to take my bracelet apart and put the new charms on to see how they looked. They were SO pretty. Just perfect! I think it was Erika's friendly approach and her passion for Pandora that made this particular shopping experience such an excellent one.

It was all because of Erika in the Danbury fair mall! It was a pleasure doing business with her because she had a very sweet personality and I’d say your company are lucky to have her because customer service is everything! And I will be going back to that location for future charms. She really made my day as I was getting my daughter a graduation present and it’s the simple things that can make someone’s day by just being polite !

I was lucky enough that I did not have to wait long, the Danbury store is usually so busy that the minimum wait is usually 20 minutes. But I was taken care of quickly and the bracelet that I had called about earlier that day was put aside for me in the size I asked and the next size up. I had to take the next size up, so I am happy the sales representative knew what she was talking about.

The seller Barbara was very nice and helpful. She knew what we needed even though we didn’t know what we needed. We were very happy with the price and quality of what we bought.

Diana was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The store is clean and bright. My only complaint is that the charm I purchased is a lot smaller than I thought. I bought it because my daughter graduates today and I leftist for the last minute but I will give her the option returning it if she isn't happy with it.
