Laura was very knowledgeable about the item I wanted, so I bought it and more! She also gave me information about the upcoming Black Friday specials so I will return this week to buy more items. She was professional and friendly. I just LOVE my Pandora charms and bracelets :)

My sales accosiate was very pleasent and knew what she was talking about. As soon as we walked in the store we were immediately asked if we needed help. Our sales associate also told us about future items coming out and some sales that will be happening which got me interested in coming back for the holidays!

The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, answered questions, gave me plenty of time to look over my options. She made excellent selections but did not push or try to "hard sell" me anything. The store itself was lovely. Will definitely return.
