I saw a ring in the window featuring a feather motif. Feathers are particularly meaningful to me. I went into the store to inquire about the ring and Kwan assisted me. She selected the correct size, had me try it on and I loved it. Bought it right on the spot.

Debbie literally took me through the different available Pandora jewelry with out trying to "sell up" or have me interested in a higher priced item. I explained to her what I wanted. She showed me the different choices and after adding a cleaning set and clasp hook device I made the decision and the items were purchased. This entire transaction took less than 15 minutes and I am a happy customer.
