I was able to drop my bracelet off for cleaning and was able to pick it up within an hour. The associate was very efficient and friendly. She was not totally satisfied with the way the bracelet looked after cleaning so she cleaned every bead by hand. I think this went beyond the norm.

The sales woman (I think her name was Debbie) showed me a couple more in a size 5. Then she found a size 4 in original ring I wanted and it fit perfectly! She was so knowledgeable and friendly.
