I’ve just had better experience in regards to interactions with sales person. She wasn’t bad just that my interaction with others in the past were more personable, they went beyond showing other items that may interest me.

I really enjoy pandoras jewelry, however last time I purchased a silver ring it turned my finger green. It was over 100$ for a ring to turn my finger green, I really love this ring so i’m really hoping it’s quality is worth the price.

The charms and bracelet connectors/stoppers break easily. Clasp has been replaced 3 times - now no longer under warranty. Considering the price point per, they should secure tighter - maybe consider fail proof magnetic option to prevent loss. It’s frustrating to have to repair so frequently or worst case replace at full cost.

I made a purchase for my daughter. I asked about exchange for sizing of the ring. I was told 30 days. This is not enough time as I am sending the gift for Valentine’s Day. I was told there is nothing we can do! 30 days on a return makes sense. It does not on an exchange.

Everything was alright, but I always find that your prices are way too high. Many times, I won't buy something once I see it in the store because it's so ridiculously tiny for the price you are charging!

1- I wished there was more deals. 2- Getting points each time i buy from Pandora store and redeem it in a charms form. 3- Loyalty program.
