The store was great, the sales person was very polite. I never give top surveys anywhere. But your store was nice and clean and sales person was absolutely nice

While I was being helped by an associate, what seemed to be the manager abruptly interrupted not once acknowledging that I was even there and making a purchase. VERY rude and unprofessional!

The sales person told me to not shop online and when I told her it was the wrong size she told me she couldn’t help me but thankfully a manager helped us

Overall experience was satisfactory. Wasnt highly satisfied because I wasnt shown many of the charms. Guessing because of covid but wished they would of showed me more selection

Everything was great with my experience at this location. However, I went in there wondering my size. Instead of her actually telling me my size, she got 1 bracelet and it on me. She never told me the size of it. But I feel like it is a bit too big. Especially being that she did tell me that it gets bigger over time.

The line had two people in it and I waited fir over 25 minutes. Two sakes ladies and one was not friendly at all had attitude with the customer she was helping and we could hear her which

Did have to wait in line before I could get into store. Did not have a good selection on the reflexion charms.

More selection would be nice. I wasn’t allowed to bring more than 2 people with me and I had more than 2 people that wanted to see. The items are expensive.

Did not get a receipt for the purchase. Sales person said it would be e-mailed to me. Still did not receive it.
