I was completely satisfied with the service and the sales attendant. It was a pleasant visit and I didn't have to wait long I respect and love your merchandise. Thank you

They didn’t have the earrings I wanted in stock. The associate wasn’t aware of the holiday return policy.

I Do love this store and I understand why the guide lines are in place however this should have to be followed for everyone and It should be one customer per sale person

I was just satisfied. No complaints but I wasn’t “wow’d” by the service and purchase.

I got served outside the door. Never made it inside. Felt like I was not valued very much! The salesgirl was very nice not her fault.😢

It was only one associated and we waited in line for more than 25 minutes. After that you will understand the mood.

I knew there was a sale going in and the sales person instructed me that the sale ended just last night, no fault of the sales person, this is corporate issue, with a pandemic going on and only a few store are open sales should have been extended a little longer, I had to drive 45 min to get to this store. So just imagine my frustration, to hear sale is over. Again no fault of the young sales person with no experience, and not a people person. She was just blank and not very personable. I brought the item because it’s what I drove 45 min for just wanted a little sale that’s all, thanks for understanding

Poor selection of items available. Perhaps because today the store is closed for it's inventory. I actually had to purchase an additional bracelet because you did not have in stock the 1 bracelet I needed/wanted

It took awhile for anyone to ask if I needed assistance and then put the tray in front of me with very little suggestions or help

While the manager and the staff at this location were very nice, the store is very small, leaving no room to walk around or browse the jewelry. The stands face the window, so you can't see the jewelry from the inside. When I asked to be shown items from the newest line, the staff member took out a box of plastic bags and asked me what I wanted to see. I felt rushed and cramped. When the store was downstairs, there was much more room to look around and browse; it felt like a salon. While I spent $200 this trip, and $300 last month on the new spring line, it had nothing to do with the store or the staff (although the staff were very kind). For what I paid, I would have expected a better experience.
