I was not impressed with the box my item was placed in.

When I entered the store there were only two sales associates behind the counter and they were both assisting other customers so I had to wait. After awhile, a third sales associate came out of the back room and said “can I help who’s next in line” and I was next so I raised my hand and he was about to come over to me to assist me. Then a man interjected himself and said “wait I just have a quick question” and cut me in line and received the assistance of the sales associate before me, even though his question was not quick and he ended up occupying the sales associate’s time for another fifteen minutes and I had to wait. For that reason I was not highly satisfied with my experience. When I finally got the assistance of the sales associate he was very nice and was able to help me quickly and efficiently. I’m just upset that the other customer was allowed to cute me in line, but it’s not really the sales associate’s fault that the other customer was rude and pushy so I’m not blaming it on the store.

Pandora only sells pandora. I didn’t have a gift receipt and 30% was taken off of my return for current merchandise. I ended up spending the 30% and paying out of pocket. Bad policy. It’s not like you give out coupons.

I was looking for more input from the associate for suggestions as I was shopping for a gift for my mother. It was the weekend before Christmas and it was late at night therefore I can understand if ideas were running low. However I have had great input from this location before as well as others in CTi have yet to be disappointed, this was just under pressure and Mom loved the gift!

Have to wait in line to come into the store. Long wait. Also, not very well stocked. I wanted a specific ring and they did not have it in stock.

The computer system was apparently changed & they couldn't find our previous purchases. Hard to remember what you've bought people, bringing it up on the computer was extremely helpful.

Didn’t have reflexions bracelet in my size. I was told no other stores or online had them. Didn’t know when they might come in.

The sales associate took too long after telling us that the bracelet was not in the strore she did not give us the customer service to see the other items and check out. She putzed around too much putting all the times away and we were there for a longer time.
