Not enough sizes for ring selection. I was unable to purchase the ring I desired.

They didn’t have the ring size a was looking for

The only problem is such limited sizes and everything takes 2-3 weeks to come in. Stores should be way better stocked. I will not shop there again because I don’t want to wait 2/3 weeks for my purchase to arrive I’ll order on line or go to another store

Spent $155 but was not told that the next day they were giving a 25% discount for military families

There were two sales associates working so it took awhile to be helped.

I went into the store twice during my trip to the mall. The first time I went in I browsed around for a few minutes without being acknowledged. I left and came back after eating lunch. Once I was acknowledged on that second entry, the service was very good.

I didnt find some charms which will come in june and I hope i will find them in France

Store is kind of small with not many selections available

The prices are high. The store is small and they can’t have a lot on display so you don’t get to see selections without waiting for someone to help

The wait time was way too long....not enough staff
