I had a great experience in the store. Most of the women there are so friendly and willing to help that is what keeps me coming back to this one Pandora if Colleen leaves I will probably not return she is a great asset to this company.

THE STORE IS WAY TO SMALL. I LIKE THE OTHER STORE BETTER HAD MORE ROOM FOR PEOPLE TO WALK AROUND.

Too expensive. The silver necklace my son got for his girlfriend was a nice heart necklace but entirely too expensive for a silver necklace.

It was very difficult to maneuver through the displays in the store with a stroller. Our wait time was a bit long as staff was in the back room quite a while. And even with 3 staff on shift that we could see our purchase was continually interrupted. Your staff was highly knowledgeable but did not have enough support staff around to help with the volume of customers.

Unfortunately at this time of year the wait in line was extremely long -45 minutes- and not being Able to talk to someone to c if product is available or not was annoying Sales girl was very pleasant and efficient

When I first entered the store I was waiting for assistance and I was ignored for someone else who had came after me. I proceeded to continue waiting until a second associate approached and asked if I required assistance, when I answered in the affirmative she had me stand in a line for her. The store isn’t that large and I feel for the number of associates there there could have been better communication for the customers.
