Because the big sale was the previous weekend and I couldn't make it due to an emergency medical issue. By the time I was able to get to the store, most everything I wanted wasn't available.

I needed a repair done to my bracelet, but Pandora does not offer that service. I feel that needs to be changed, and that Pandora offers to send out items that need to be repaired for their customers.

I walked the store looking at the merchandise. When I was ready I stood near the counter so someone could help me. An older lady that looked like she was some sort of manager passed by me without a hello or some sort of acknowledgment of my existence. I figured maybe she wasn’t meant to help anyone. Then I see her walk over to an associate and a customer that clearly didn’t need help. They were just discussing a charm. The associates need some training on dealing with customers simple greetings. And assurance that I will be helped. And happy to see us Goes a long way I just couldn’t wait to just get something quick. By the time I was being helped I was not interested in spending any more money than I had to

The sales person was not very nice to my mom who was buying the charm. The store however was clean but a little tight.

Last week i went to the store to purchase and the workers were not friendly at all. I went back and talk to a manager on shift and I felt like she did not take my complaint seriously.

The wait was long- I understand the idea of the limits due to covid- but I almost feel like once you're in the store as a customer, there should be a time limit while inside so not to keep people waiting for so long. Some guests were in there before I got in line and left just before I did. At the end, they started handing out books so that people could look for what they wanted to help move the process along, and I already knew what I was looking for- all I had to do was go in and purchase it. But others were looking at items over and over again ... just tiring to guests waiting- and I believe they lost a few customers due to the wait as well.

Older woman was NASTY. Ridiculed people who did not see wait outside sign and those of us who lined up from 11 because that’s what hours said online , not 12 as noted on the door.

The older sales associate wan really nice and friendly but the younger associate was rude and had bad attitude... this was the second time we had te bracelet break at the same spot within one year and the younger associate was rude with my wife making it seem like it was her fault lucky the older associate noticed it and stepped in to help... highly disappointed with the quality of the merchandise and the overall experience at the store... Unlikely to shop at pandora ever again!

Once arrival the associate was rude saying to wait on line outside with adittude the store when there was no line and no customers in store it was opening time.
