Not a very comfortable experience purchasing jewelry. Everything comes out of a plastic bag and you have to keep asking, can I see this or that, make us highly uncomfortable. I bought for my 2 daughters for xmas, will see if they like it or else will return

First time coming into this store with my husband looking to buy something for our anniversary. I had to come back to the store two times in a half hour. It was busy and I wasn’t helped the first time so I went back when it was empty and was helped. I already knew what earrings I wanted from the showcase. We were supposed to get two pair of earrings with a matching necklace. But they didn’t have the necklace I wanted at the store in rose gold. I figured since I expressed to the sales associate that we wanted the matching necklace that she would have rang it up and looked into getting it delivered to our home. We talked about delivery and how it would come 2-4 weeks. When everything was rang up I thought she would have put that necklace order in but it wasn’t on the receipt. So I was disappointed that the order wasn’t placed. Overall I liked the store and the many beautiful jewelry. I just wished there were more associates willing to help the first time and that what I wanted delievered should have been placed.

I’m not in love with pandora. It was a gift that I wanted to exchange. The sales associate had no clue on prices and had to look up everything I asked about in a book. She didn’t even know a ballpark figure. Also, the bracelet I picked out she tried to persuade me into getting another one. She told me “don’t you want to look at this one, I like it much better then that one” (referring to the one I picked). No it’s ugly.

I was offered four options from behind the register surrounded by people. The selection was something j ended up not liking but more so felt rushed into, I wasn’t given clear pricing before purchasing and the price was extremely high for the quality. I ultimately decided to return at another location, and it turns out the jewelry I purchased was completely worn down and the rose gold was rubbed away. The sales associate there accused me of wearing it down and showed me the same ring for comparison, although I didn’t even wear the ring and returned it within 5 days.

The associate who helped was not knowledgeable at all. First off she was going to sell me a bracelet way too big until another stepped in and said yes she needs a smaller size. Additionally I was asking about clasps for the bracelet and she was very unknowledgeable and I just didn’t feel comfortable in what she was telling me but I always wanted one of this bracelet I’m just wondering if I could have had something different than she was telling me since she really didn’t seem to know much about the bracelet, charms or clasps.
