Had to wait a while outside the store before getting in. Price advertised in book wasn’t correct. When purchasing bracelet, it took a long time as our sales person was consulting with 3 other workers in the store trying to resolve the problem. We were at the other end of the counter and kept waiting for a while with no knowledge of what was going on.

Sales clerk said if I apply for credit card I would receive 30% off my purchase after process she stated by the way your charms are excluded from 30%. She knew this before I applied for credit card she was very deceiving. I did not appreciate that she was not honest with me. I would never have applied for credit card.

The treatment that the saleswoman gave me was not at all friendly or courteous, due to the fact that I was changing a charm, when the day before she treated me very well while buying several charms... plus I’m still waiting for my e- receipt, that apparently she never sent to my email. I’ve been in several Pandora stores , and I can say this location it has lest me very dissatisfied.

I came in to purchase an earring and necklace set it was rose gold and marked at $150 I said I’d take it however upon check out it was more and the sales rep wasn’t trying to honor the price her and I both saw. I purchased the necklace anyway for my grandmother who In turn didn’t like it . I went back the same day to return it and they wouldn’t give me the $10 off coupon that I used back . The girl stated to another employee it doesn’t say we can’t give it back but it also doesn’t say we should

One of the sales associates was incredibly rude. When I had asked to see my sizing of a ring in a tray, she huffed and puffed as if I was asking a huge favor out of her. She was not friendly or welcoming and made me uncomfortable.
