The store is small and overcrowded. The worker didn't know where the ring i wanted was. It took over a half hour to get helped.

Staff is not knowledgable, product is grudgingly shown, have to ASK to see newest product, staff could care less about building relationships with customers, really dissatisfied with local store

We had horrible experience at Pandora, we were waiting for an associate the gentleman came to help us as he was helping us another female associate came over and pulled him away saying that someone else was waiting and she said it so rudely. Instead of helping us she went to a new customer that just walk in and completely ignore us. It was only to my husband said something that she wanted to help but at that time it was too late she was rude and not wanted to help. She wanted to help after we wanted to leave.

She was super helpful on helping my niece decide what she wanted for her Pandora bracelet, and very discrete with letting her see the price since it was her birthday gift. Very happy with her service and help.

The sales associate had zero knowledge of the Pandora products. She handed me a catalog to show me the products. She had no idea of the products Pandora carries

My daughter lost the receipt and could not exchange a bracelet that was in original packaging and the shopping bag. Asked if we could supply the billing statement as proof that we did pay for it and was told no. There was no record of the purchase. Danbury is more that 40 minutes from my home. Went home called headquarters to be told the same thing. Tore my house apart and garbage not finally find the receipt. This would have never happened with our local jeweler who sells pandora. Never will I shop your store again.

Pandora, I had ordered well in advance a crucial charm family package for my wife for Christmas. It said it was delivered, however it never was actually delivered. The associate informed me that this was a common trend this Christmas with UPS tracking orders as delivered but were actually fraudulent. This is unacceptable as I was expecting this gift for my wife ahead of Christmas. We now have no Christmas gift to share with her. The situation overall is highly disappointing that this fraudulent activity is happening with UPS & even worse, the only solution was to refund & re process the order through the same routine. Please help make this right as I am a long time Pandora loyal customer. This situation is irresponsible, disrespectful, & honestly a lack of quality/integrity if you can't event order online expecting to recieve on time.

When I walked in there were four women behind the counter and they all just looked at me. I said hello and they said hi and went back to what they were doing instead of helping me. Honestly, if it weren’t for the fact that my grandmother wanted to get the charm for her sister I would have left without it. I most certainly will not shop at the Pandora in Danbury mall again if I can help it. There was one woman who was quick to help me, a nice black woman, but the woman who checked me out and the other associates were extremely rude. When I showed them the charm I was looking for the first words were oh we don’t have that. Then the other associate, the nice one, said that they did and that’s when they started to look for it. Then when I asked for a charm with an angel, they were all like no until the nice lady said yes someone had just returned something similar. Even though I was asking the questions they only spoke to each other and as if I weren’t there. It was extremely rude.
