I was at the store on Friday 11/13 and I purchased one charm. I did not receive the 35% Friday discount on my purchase. I called the store and they said that I have to return to the store in order to get the amount adjusted.

This pandora was the worst i’ve ever been. I couldn’t make my exchanges and was forced to make a purchase just to get the right size bracelet i wanted

Upon entering the store, the sales associate was chatting with her colleagues and was annoyed we interupted her conversation. She did not welcome or greet us as we entered. She said "What do you guys need?" I told her I wanted to look at rings and she gave us a disgusted look as she walked towards the rings. I asked if she knew the price of a particular ring, she answered "Yeah" and was even more bothered that she now had to check the book for the price. There was absolutely no conversation nor did she make an attemp to recommend any other rings that I might have been interested in. I've been in this store several times before and never had such a terrible experience. The sales associates are usually friendly and very helpful. She was the total opposite. She obviously does not want to work there. Her name is Megan K. I will NOT be returning to this location and will tell my friends not to either.

The sales associate basically told me I couldn’t afford the rose gold collection she told me it was too expensive .

Customer service lady was extremely rude to my daughter who was returning a Christmas gift. I didnt have the original receipt but the packaging was all intact.

There was a 2 hour wait to get in the store, once inside we were told their systems were down & everything had to be done by hand & you would be called when your turn came to pay. The line to pay was over an hour long, there was a sales women who let her customers pay as she served them, I asked her why she didn't help move the line along we've been waiting hours, she said I'm not doing that & myself & multiple others said yes you are why are you lying to us, her face turned red & she walked away. When my turn came to pay I asked Emma if she was the manager & she said yes, I told her what happened & she said do you want to file a complaint & I said I would do it here on line>

My boyfriend had gotten me a pandora ring for my birthday. Two days after, one of the diamonds fell out. No problem. I took it to the store and quickly got it exchanged for a new one. About a week later TWO diamonds fell out of the new ring. Annoyed I took my ring back to the store only to find out pandora only covers one ring replacement. I am very disappointed in the quality of the ring and the fact that both rings had diamonds fall out. Will not be a returning customer.

The Sales Associate's customer service was very lacking in many ways. I asked questions and her answers were all very short (1 or 2 words). Didn't want to show the items/reluctant to show when I asked about the items on sales. I really wanted to walk out the door unless I need to purchase something. I understand it's 5pm on New Year's Eve but the attitude is not acceptable. I believe the store opened till 6pm but she just wanted to wrap up and kicked us out of the store. First time at Pandora and probably the last time. Unhelpful, and rudeness were what I encountered. I've been shopping at different jewelers and never before had I come across this unacceptable attitude. I hope this isn't your culture, otherwise it's too bad...

I was able to make an even exchange for a gift but only after Catherine L was told to by the manager. Catherine was so rude and actually smirked and laughed with the employee next to her. My purchase was originally nade at another Pandora and because they are franchises as she said, you cannot exchange. Fortunately the manager was fine with the exchange but this girl is terrible for business. I have purchased hundreds of dollars from this location and will never shop here again as long as this rude girl works there.
