I was looking to purchase the new butterfly bracelet and get ideas on how to start it. Also, wanted to have charms placed on my Pandora necklace. Geneiqua, the sales associate who waited on me was very knowledgeable and patient with me- This made my overall shopping experience very pleasant.

This was my second time in this location and the Lead Sales Associate, Bianca was a wealth of knowledge. I had to return a necklace gotten at another location and since not carried in the store, will order online. Bianca, was very helpful in informing me as to the length to order and let me know about the new Spring Butterfly Collection that I am interested in getting. It is the great attitude of employees like Bianca that keep customers like me coming back.

The store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable on the item I chose!

Sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. Found the NFL charm I was looking for and was told about the current promotions and sale items. Very pleasant experience all in my hour lunch break.
