The lady that helped me was great the entire time. I was very particular about what pendant I wanted for my first pandora necklace and she was happy to help. On top of finding the perfect one it was on sale for 30% off.

Service was excellent. She was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and offered assistance in arranging my charms. I dont frequent the mall but i will return just to shop at Pandora.
