Pandora Jewelry

I knew very little about Pandora jewelry prior to visiting the store. I was given a bangle the day before, I wasnt sure what I needed to secure my charms, the salesperson explained what I needed and even gave me some valuable information for future purchases.

Customer service on point n besides after the holidays it’s always a sale so I was ready n patient with my two daughters

The sales associate was very educated on the jewelry. The associate was very understanding that it was offers time coming. Even though it was Christmas time the associate still have patience and very nice.

Pandora is quality in with a reasonable price. The only thing that gets under my skin is the merchandise is all over the place so cabinets are opening and closing as if they’re looking on a wild goose chase. You would think things would be labeled and organized by style and size wirh easy access for the associates.

Busy day right before Christmas so I waited maybe 5 minutes to be helped. I was given a booklet while I waited that was very helpful. It gave me a chance to see what direction I wanted to go with my daughter and helped the associate be more efficient with her time.

I came in, knowing what I want and was in and out in a matter of minutes.

Nick was absolutely AWESOME...he was soooo accommodating...making sure that the charms for the bracelet were so beautifully displayed. He was also soooo professional and he presented such high quality customer service. He is the BEST!!!!
