This was my first Pandora purchase and the sales rep was very helpful. She was able to explain the products and give us the best value for our money. She explained how to put the charms on the bracelet, how to choose charms, when to bring the bracelet back for cleaning, etc.

the staff was very friendly. Even though it's holiday time and the volume is very high everyone still moved in a fast pace to take care of everyone in a timely manner.
