Kristen was my sales rep. She really was helpful in selecting a bracelet that I look forward to wearing. I previously had purchased some items at a different company and they were not nearly as helpful as Kristen. I look forward to working with her to complete the bracelet.

I was highly satisfied with the friendliness of the sales associate that serviced me and my sister. She listened to my needs and made appropriate suggestions that were helpful. She informed us of upcoming sales and events and she thanked us for making a purchase and visiting the store that day. She had great customer service skills.

This was my first visit to a Pandora store and I was buying a bracelet as a retirement gift for my boss. I made two visits and both times the associates were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and made suggestions that moved my purchase along. They took their time with me, which I appreciated as a new customer. The first assoc. wrote everything down for me so I could share with co-workers before making the purchase. It was a really positive experience.
