I have purchased Christmas, Anniversary and Birthday gifts from this location.

There was a good selection of products. The salesperson was knowledgable and helpful. The wait wasn’t too long.

When gong to Pandora my mother and I originally went to purchase my grandmother a bracelet and some charms. She stated a few things were cute, but she had her eye constantly on the necklace loving hearts. As the sales person Nicholas was finishing up getting my grandmother I showed him the picture. He asked was it a hush hush and I stated yes, he proceeded as if it was one transaction and my mother never knew what was going on. Nicolas made my mother feel like a normal person again ever store we went o purchasing gifts they treated her differently because of her wheelchair, but he was so polite and quick I can't wait to see her look on her face and tell her the story.

I waited less than 5 minutes to work with an associate. The associate that I worked with was very personable and he made my shopping trip very pleasant. He was able to answer all of my questions and I was out of the store within 10 minutes.

The associate that assisted me at the Cumberland Mall location was very helpful. She aided me in finding just what i was looking for for Mother’s Day gifts. This was my second time at this location, very pleased with the selection available right in the store.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. It did not take long to be helped. And I was in and out with no issues.

Anays is so sweet and is always so helpful everytime I come into pandora. She is never pushy or trying to sell something I do not want. She is the perfect employee!

Arthur was extremely helpful during my consumer experience within the store. He had a very warm and friendly demeanor in his approach to assisting me. When searching for a three set of charm for mother's day upon discovering that one of them is now unfortunately retired Arthur was able to provide me with an alternative that was just as nice as the one originally sought after. I will definitely be a returning customer to this pandora location.
