This location is so convenient for me. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable.

When I first walked in I was greeted by every associate. I was little confused of where to start since there are so many options in the store. That’s when Arthur asked me what metal finish I like the most which narrowed down what I was looking for. I didn’t know that Pandora carried rose gold bracelets and I knew I (my boyfriend) had to buy one. Arthur kept me in my budget and did not rush me to add a bunch of charms and told me that I will still love the bracelet without the charms. And i do! I will definitely be back soon so that I can finally add charms to my beautiful bracelet.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable of merchandise. She was friendly. She was able to assist me with my purchase and I was in and out in a timely manner which is very important to me.

When I walked in I was unsure as to what I wanted. "Arthur" which was the sales rep that helped me was very patient, he smiled and was well dressed and groom. Arthur helped me make up my mind as to which charm I wanted to get my friend for her birthday. I'm glad that y'all hired him in you're store. I normally go to the town center location but I will no longer go there. I will go to the Cumberland Mall location because that's the best service I've received since I've been going to Pandora everyone in the Kennesaw (towncenter) always seem like they're in a hurry/rush to move on to next customer. I had a wonderful sales associate helping me and I appreciate it very much. She was very knowledge and very friendly. There was no pressure which I appreciate. She cleaned my charms for me while I looked around and it's because of her I made several purchases which I had not intended to do. She is an asset to your company and I regret I don't remember her name.
