I returned yet another purchase due to the uncomfortable nature of the bangle. This associate was extremely patient with my indecisiveness, she gave me suggestions, i spent more on the purchase due to my love of the bracelet she wore herself i purchased a piece she wore. She gave me NO ISSUE with the exchange & i am completely satisfied now. I will not be returning this one, only purchasing to add more. I appreciate the help i received and she should be commended for her knowledge & style.

I initially called the store looking for a specific charm. Fortunately Ms. Elizabeth told me they had it. I told her I was on my way. She asked for m0y name.. Upon getting to the store and identifying myself, Ms. Elizabeth had the charm ready for me. She also assisted me with purchasing an additional charm. Excellent customer service.

I didnt have to wait long for a sales associate upon entering the store. I explained to the sales clerk the item I was looking for and she immediately took care of me.
