I left the store with the ring that I liked very much! It wasn't the one that I intended on buying but my sales associate convinced me.

Pandora has very good customer services, more than one employee asked did I need any help. I were in and purchased what a wanted in a timely matter. I would recommend the services to everyone.

Service experience

Even thought it was a line to get in the process ran very smoothly. Once in the store we were in and out and I was very happy with my purchase. I will visit this store again.

Even though it was the holidays last minute shopping. The woman at the door was very nice, polite, and courtesy. As the line moved along because everyone wanted a Pandora gift the team that worked on December 24, 2017 around 3:30 - 4:00 p.m. was awesome. Especially the woman at the cash register who was helping out my son cried while we was in there and she stop what she was doing to help keep him calm by offering him and candy. He was happy and so was i because i was able to finish my shopping. Thanks Guys I'll return for me a bracelet and charm on my next visit.

Kierra the sales representative was excellent . She was very knowledgeable and patient. I appreciated her especially thru the Holiday season. It is nice to have someone so helpful, and friendly when the store is extremely crowed.
