I was highly satisfied because the store didnt have a lot to choose from but the salesperson helped gave excellent options.

The staff was very friendly. Even though they did not have the charms I was looking for they still made the visit pleasant.

I was greeted upon entering the store and a sales associate was readily available to assist me with my charm purchases. So it was a quick in and out experience since I was running short on time as well.

I had selected the charms that I wanted on line first so when I went into the store, I asked for the charms by name. I was on and out of the store within 15 minutes because I was on my way to dinner.

Attendend was friendly and gave lots of good information. I do not live in Atlanta but the last 2 times I came to town I bought lots of things in this Pandora Store. The next time I am in town for sure I will visit this Store.

This was a quick trip to get a souvenir charm for our visit to Atlanta. The young man waiting on us was very pleasant, professional, helpful and interested in our visit and what we were looking for. It was very hectic in the store but he kept this cool I believe he was also trying to train new employees but never lost sight of our needs or abandoned us to do something else.
