My friend and I were in from out of town. We were helped by 2 ladies who were very helpful & new the inventory. They were professional but also took the time to be personable which is lacking in customer service these days. The service received was better than our own home store in Ft Lauderdale, FL.

I was very pleased with the person who helped me find the things that I want it.

The staff was very friendly . They helped as soon as we walked in the store . We were greeted with smiles and were told about sales going on .

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Was not planning to shop at Pandora but saw the sale sign and went in. The sales team was so friendly!!! Jacque and Asley went out of their way to be helpful. It was obvious they love working there because the environment was light and fun. The associates were interfacing with each other to assist the customers. There was an air of teamwork which could be felt. Very unusual this days. I will be back to this location!!!

Tiffany was very Knowledgeable about the charms and prices, she was a joy to work with, Very patient..she also helped me with some selection for my daughter..This store is in a perfect location, I love my new carms an new bangle..

Because the customer service was wonderful and they made it feel like it was all about me and what I was looking for and I was very satisfied.

The person that helped me was very knowledgeable. When I specified what I was looking for, she knew exactly what it was and she even found me other nice pieces. She was very patient with me and she's awesome! I will be back next week to visit her so she can help me complete my first bracelet. I will then start with my new bracelet. HAPPY CUSTOMER.
