I had a Visa gift card for my 40th birthday. I couldn't buy the Libra zodiac charm in store because it was sold out. The Visa gift card only had $50 and the item online was $50.30. I asked one young lady if I could order in store and split the payment, explained to her my situation, she asked Kayla, and responded that Pandora doesn't do online purchase in-store. Just before I walked out, Kayla made a great suggestion. Kayla suggested that I get a Pandora gift card, add the 30 cents to it to make the purchase, and I can use the Pandora gift card online. I was so happy she thought of that idea because I really wanted the charm. I told her how my best friend was trying to fill up my bracelet and Kayla also made another suggestion. Once I filled up my bracelet to add it to my homeowner's insurance. I HAD NO IDEA TO DO THAT!! I was very happy with Kayla's customer service. To be honest, the best customer service I've had in a long time.

Adrienne was so helpful! It was my first time getting a bracelet and she eased all my nerves about picking just the right one for me.

Our saleswoman was the manager at the Cumberland Mall branch. She was great. I purchased for my 15 yr old daughter and every inclination my baby wanted, the manager had an answer!
