I highly recommend Pandora because of the quality and the customer service. I want to also get recognition to Miss Ann.

Tay was amazing she couldn’t help with my initial issue but went above and beyond to find other solutions.

I had to return because a piece of my bracelet broke due to the misinformation of a previous visit. Because the bracelet was simply more expensive i was encouraged to buy it.

Associate could have been friendlier and more helpful when I told her what exactly I was looking for. I was the one who kept having to ask if they had this or that instead of her using her knowledge to pull out the trays of charms that she thought may have been of interest to me once I told her what I was looking for. There just wasn't that joy of enjoying her job that I usually experience when I go to most Pandora stores.

I came at a busy time so it took a minute before I was helped. The sales associate shaunte seemed a little annoyed when she first began to help me but when she realized I was going to spending +$300 she became very eager. Whether I was spending $30 or $300 I should’ve received great customer service from start to finish. I didn’t receive my free bracelet that I was supposed to because of the amount that I spent but I’m not sure if it was an online only special but I definitely will be going to another store to inquire about this.

Celeste was the only sales associate to help us, she was the only one who even acknowledged us.

The Cumberland Mall store in Atlanta GA the sales associate was unable to clean my jewelry, however, on the other hand, I had to purchase jewelry cleaner. This was unacceptable, as I was told Pandora would clean your jewelry for you free of charge. I walked away thinking, is it worth it to continue making purchases from Pandora all together. I am looking into buying from the competitors.

I went in for a gift and most of the charms were not available that I wanted also I had to wait on a sales associate to help me only one associate at the time
