Pandora Jewelry

Service took a while. There were two associates appearing t look at inventory (look through drawers of merchandise) as I stood there waiting a good while.

Bri was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and helped me select items for the children. She was excellent. I will definitely come back to this location.

Two associates was helping one customer instead of helping me

The sales associate didn’t seem knowledgeable about the products which was Pandora me. She took me to the large charms for the regular pandora bracelet.

When I walked in the store, I was not greeted. As I was looking for items for purchase, I was not asked if I needed help for some time after entering. I am not sure if they felt that I was just looking around but even so, I was not asked.

Many of the products were sold out or not in stock online. Also one of the associates showed very little mannerism but other than that I would still buy pandora products. Also the size and fit of rings not accurate for all ring styles.

Didn't wait long nice store visit.

After I made my purchase I ask the sale agent to please clean my pandora jewelry I already had while she was speaking to my fiends because I had to go to another store she has me waiting and waiting so I asked her again because another staff was also helping my fiends what was so had to put my stuff to clean while you speak to the same ppl am with .

It took a while before a sales associate assisted us. Also, I learned that the Harry Potter collection was discontinued.
