Sevice was great

The only thing that I was not satisfied about was that certain bracelets were not available in the different styles and metals. I also did not like how some of the charms weren’t in stock.

Customer service is always good

Staff untrained on cleaning jewelry... sales associates un knowledgeable about products sold. Purchased jewelry on the 27th was told I could return for cleaning the following day. Arrived on the 28th of June only to be told the machine was broken. As a result I purchased more jewelry for the disappointment on my Girlfriends Birthday

The young lady who assist me was slow to assist but eventually she got it together

Of course it was Mother’s Day so it’s understood that individuals are last minute shopping. The sales associate at the door could have been a little more customer friendly. Very much rude. I was in line for an hour which is fine but once called inside he’s talking to a gentleman unprofessionally. We all read the sign to wait to be call. Very aggressive behavior from your sales associate. I’ll visit a another store just not this one.

Some of the items that I was looking for was not available and I did have a 10% off coupon for starting with the company and it was not able to be used in the store and I actually later found out that I cannot use it online is it is not active where are they

Very good customer service. She was very good. Had me laughing the whole time.

I’ve been searching for a basketball charm since I purchased my charm bracelet a few years back. They’re listed but never available. I would love to find it as it’s a big part of my family and that is the theme of my bracelet…family.
