There was a sales associate (Ms. Kay) that went above & beyond to help turn my very unpleasant experience around. This was my first time in Pandora & was looking for a 40th birthday gift online for a close friend but online & decided to visit the store. When entering the store, there was 1 customer being assisted by 2 associates when I entered (I was not greeted). About 5 minutes later, another customer came in & was greeted & one of the associates started to approach her to assist until my sister said we were here first. I do not know this sales associates' name but she did not want to be at work nor assist me & showed it. All answers to my questions were arid. As I was struggling with opening the heart shaped o ring(I believe this is what it's called) Ms. Kay came over to assist me & took over. Had she not come over when she did, I would have walked out without purchasing a thing.

Everyone in store was pleasant but were busy with restocking inventory. I was greeted coming in the door and took a moment to notice me.

My experience was great. My only grievance was that several of the charms that I wanted were not available. I was very pleased with the store associate. She made great recommendations and was very attentive to me.

The selection of merchandise was low and you are not allowed to look around.

Ordering on line was a little challenging as far size available based on store. The waiting in process signage could have been a little more clear as you walk in the store. Overall satisfied

Gold rings were very limited. Also rep has to flip through several pages for pricing which is annoying. Otherwise great experience!! Please fix these 2 issues

I'd tried placing an order online since the line was extremely long upon my arrival however it would have been useless because I was told my order would not be ready possibly up to 24 hours. I wish the pay online pick up in store option would send an immediate notification to the sales associates for shoppers like myself who just happen to be browsing the mall and didn't plan a visit
