Satisfied!

Took too long to be assisted and here were 3 associates available and only 1 customer ahead of me

It was the Christmas rush. Otherwise it was a good experience

I was overall satisfied with the service I received. Some items that were needed/wanted wasn’t available. There was a line, but it moved fairly fast. No complaints.

Some items were out of stock

I didnt like rhe time i had to wait and my product was almost lost twice due to a malfunctioning earring

There is no reason why I’m not highly satisfied with my experience at Cumberland Pandora. I am overjoyed to say the least: the customer service was awesome, the quality of the jewelry was magnificent and the store overall was magical.

Highly satisfied means the service/store/representative went over and beyond. I am satisfied with the service I received but there was nothing over the top that was done. The store was clean the sale woman who helped me did her job, she was friendly. She didn’t ask me what was the reason for visiting the store, she didn’t really offer many suggestions. I was looking for charms for my birthday. It would’ve been nice for her to ask

The wait to entrance to the store

I believe in all things there is always an opportunity to improve the overall experience. The people and the store were great. There were a couple of things that I was unable to purchase while I was there and the store did not have the size bracelet that I wanted.
