The first young lady who helped me out on Tuesday was marvelous. However, when I sent to pick up my items on Thursday the sales associate was rude and ready to get me out. I inquired about an item and it seemed to bother her.

I was satisfied but would ask that other associates would not continuously come over and take the associate away.

Great customer service

My rings weren’t polished prior to leaving the store. Also, I wasn’t not given or offered the pouch for the rings. I was told before that It’s best to put the rings in the pouch, not the box when not wearing them

1. I was the only person in line. Two other women walked up and the sales associate let them in first 2. Sales associate was not really a people person 3. I would have loved sales associate with more opinions

Wish there were more sales during the year

I had to wait at the door for a sales associate was available. I felt as if I could not browse the store while I waited. Limited inventory of Disney charms and discounted charms.

The store was clean. The associate was very friendly and I loved the selection.

Need to put price on sale not alway high on the charms
