Not highly satisfied

I would love for Pandora to get more colors than pink. Rose gold collection is pretty as well but still limited to colors. Also I didn't know that after a few years you are removed from Pandoras returning customer database, that's kind of a bummer.

I think that the stores can relax more with the covid-19 restrictions.

What I came to purchase was not available.

I was pleased but I’m they had great service but it took sometime to enter since there was only 3 lady’s working . They were nice and the prices was great

Birthstone isn’t accurate

I was not highly satisfied because I had to stand in line for an hour just to shop! Something needs to be done to cut down on the wait time.

I didn’t get specifics on how to add charms if purchased separately since it was done using a tool in the store

We went to Pandora's store for a special occasion to buy my very first Mother's Day present, as my baby due date is the 9th of May, and we end up choosing one of the highly expensive bracelets in store. I was very satisfied with the product, but it didn't come in the original box of the jewelry. I think that is unacceptabel for a jewelry this quality to deliver a product in a paper envelope for a mothers day gift. I asked the attendant about it and she said the store is missing original boxes and I could come latter to take one, but I think the store should at least send it to my house for the inconvenience. I was very frustrated because I really wanted the whole experience of receiving my product in a original gift box at the day I bought it. I've been Pandora's client for a long time and I have always been very impressed with the quality of costumer services except for this last visit.

The sales associate wasn't really that helpful. She kinda rushed me. She gave me the wrong price of my item. I've had more friendlier associated at this location.
