Did not have any sale

For it to be my first time shopping at pandora I was satisfied. I was looking for a certain ring but I understood that with the sale I probably wasn’t going to find one in my size. The lady’s were super nice and helpful

Pandora was short of staff today, only had two people working, and the lines outside the store were long.

Nothing was wrong. I just didnt choose highly satisfied because it wasnt like a galore experience, but she was very helpful.

I was not highly satisfied only because, I had to wait 12 mins in line because they only had one register working.

I had an issue with my bracelet and the only solution was to purchase a new one. They only briefly looked at the bracelet and decided that it needed to be replaced. All of my charms were genuine Pandora charms the bracelet was too of course, so to have to replace it after only 3 years was in my opinion a money grabbing scheme

Because I wanted a charm for a birthday gift but I was sold a clamp... was looking for a gift for my boo... didn't know it was a clamp until I gave it to her...

The availability of the items that I selected. Service was great The store was clean & in order

There were three people in store, only one of them acknowledged my presence; there was not much variety. The associate that helped me was a little distracted, they were changing things in the store, so I believe she was thinking about that
