i was totally satisfied

The sales associate wasn't particularly helpful. She seemed rather irritated about something and it made for an unpleasant visit for me.

I was disappointed that most of charms the I wanted were not available.

Just the overall selections.

The particular bracket I went to purchase was not available in the size I needed and had to be ordered online. Wasted trip. The 2 rings I tried on was not available in the color or size I wanted....

I was very satisfied with my visit.

There was a limited selection on items that I was looking for, specifically the murano glass charms. Also, I wanted to get a bangle and there were none available during a promotion for a free bracelet with a $125 plus purchase.

The associate when I first came in was not friendly and knowledgeable of merchandise. I went to another sales Holly and she was excellent.

Had to wait a bit as it seems they were only allowing one customer at a time into the store to shop.

I didn’t appreciate waiting outside for 45 minutes to enter the store. Mall closes at 7, I arrived at 5:30. I was expected to be in and out and wasn’t I reccomend having a timer to monitor foot traffic. So everyone can get a decent amount of time in store
