There wasn’t many charms in store to choose from . Need more of a selection . Makes shopping with pandora more pleasurable

My bracelet wasn’t cleaned after a new charm was added

Wrong selection highly satisfied

1.When I entered the store their was lots of sales persons there, but no one ask to help me instead they wanted on a man the came after me 2. For it being a Pandora store you would think that the store would be well stocked but it wasn't mostly everything the I asked for wasn't there.

The item I was looking for wasn't available in the store and the option to order and have it sent to the store or home wasn't offered.

They told me that cleaning was not available due to Covid-19. I really don’t understand why not, this should be the time that you do clean the jewelry.

The lack of merchandise.

I had a new associate assisting me.

The stock was limited. I was not able to purchase bracelet because the size was unavailable. I was offer to order bracelet or charms on line.

The associates in the store were great and was very helpful. Deshonta listened to what I was looking for and gave me guidance. I wasn’t highly satisfied because of the availability of items in the store. We had to order two items that I wanted which were for a birthday gift.
