I was satisfied just didn't have a great selection to choose from. Limited supply in the store. Customer service was very good though.

I.was.told that I would receive a free gift upkn my purchase and ut didn't happen...I did call corporate and they are currently trying to solve the issue.

I was disappointed by the least amount of merchandise inside the store and not enough to choose from a selection. Even online is sold out of merchandise.

There wasn't much merchandise I could choose from. There wasn't any of the items I liked in stock.every thing on sale was sold out.

I understand that there could be more varieties of stones to put on the bracelets, and could also have more promotions or discounts for new customers to attract more audiences

Because I was able to take my time looking around . Asking questions about the different thing. She was a nice kind lady and very patience. Thank you. 😊

Due to the pandemic I understand that something's wouldn't be in stock but all 3 charms I wanted you all didn't have and this was my first purchase from Pandora.

The store had very little merchandise.

I know there is problems with mechanics because of the pandemic but will shop more online

Need more staffing. No music playing. Had to wait 15 minutes to enter store
