Shopping during this unique time is challenging, but I felt the store could have done better. Several associates seemed annoyed that the store was busy. They were not very welcoming and took a long time after one customer left before allowing the next customer in. I don't think they cared if they had sales or not. With all the precautions being taken to stay safe, I felt it was odd that the jewelry itself was not being sanitized after it was handled. I also had an existing Pandora ring with a missing stone that I noticed and the employee looked at me, but obviously did not want to take the time to exchange it, so now I will need to go to another store.

Hours of operation detailed on website as well as through management weren't honored. I went before supposed closing denied entry. Went before supposed opening and an hour after instructed and website time was the store opened with no instruction from the staff and a few irate guest ahead of me that made my shopping uncomfortable.

Not enough earrings or necklaces. All you have Basically is bracelets with the charms you need other things to sell there. No Mother’s Day sales

This location did not have a lot of merchandise in stock .. Almost every charm I wanted wAs not in stock... The sale rep attitude was not friendly at all..

Almost everything was out of stock. That’s so disappointing when you’re trying to build a bracelet. I’ve been a Pandora customer for years and have never experienced this before. It was not a good experience.

The sales person wasn't very friendly. I told her what I wanted to do and she walk away (to get the item) but didn't say anything to me. Also when checking out I keep asking if they need the gift receipt. They stated no and then when whatever they were trying to do didn't work they asked for the receipt.
