I wasn’t highly satisfied because there wasn’t a lot to choose from. The store was in the process of restocking from Christmas. So I had to choose from what they had in store.

Ink for receipt should have been changed. Can barely read information. I requested a printed and emailed receipt. Didn't receive the emailed receipt.

I researched the bracelet I wanted to buy. When I arrived at the store, the bracelet was not in stock in my size. It was a new Fall bracelet, so I was disappointed with the limited sizes.

I was never not Satisfied with the experience at Pandora. I'm always able to to find what I'm looking for Some of the items a I think may be a little pricey, I just figure you get what you pay for

A bracelet I wanted was the last one and it was old and dull looking. I was willing to take it and have it cleaned but the manager refused to discount the item. She seen the quality of the bracelet and was willing to charge me full price.

There were 2 sales associates, both were helping other customers neither one of them acknowledged me until I asked was one of the associates finished helping the customer. The other associates didn’t greet me or say one moment, I’ll be with you momentarily. I asked the sales associate who did help me were there any promotions going on, she said no, I later found out there is a 2 day promotion going on, online.

I had to return to the store because the internet went down and they could not complete my purchase so had to return hours later to get my item.

when ever I visit a store they are very friendly and very helpful never a dull moment in any of the stores I go to I just be forgetting to do the survey and I have missed out on about 20% of the discount I am gonna try to do better with the timing
