All the charms that I was looking for was out of stock.

Store needs to hire more help. Had to wait about 20 minutes before I was able to be helped.

Not a big selection & long wait for an associate

The greeter was cold and not personalable. I only waited because I had time to kill, my sales associate “Shekela, was personable, knowledgeable of the product and sold me on product ! If not for her there would have been no sale from me.

I was looking for a silver ring and I like more than 5 styles including a new one and the we’re out of stock on all of them in my size and also the necklace I looked for was out. So they got nothing I was looking for

The selections were very trim

The store was really busy so I didn’t get anyone to help me for awhile. The also didn’t have what I wanted In stock. And when I was online I seen that you get a free gift online when you spend a certain amount but not in the store.

All of the associates were great. It took a minute to receive service because the store was crowded. Overall great and smooth experience.
