I love the brand of Pandora. However, I noticed that other jewelry stores are less in price than Pandora for Pandora charms.

Well, we had visited another location whereas the sales associated was less than friendly and helpful. We visited this location because the item was out of stock at the first location. I simply wanted to get what we came to purchase. There was nothing that stood out with my experience with shopping at Pandora.

The store was very busy, because of a sale. The sales associate made me feel rushed and inattentive to my needs. Also everything you had on sale was sold out.

The wait times can be long with customers browsing thru catalog. Bracelets should include at least one clip so charms dont fall off. Bracelets need to be made to be opened easily as they are very difficult to open.

Due to the volume of customers, a lot of people were in the store (that's a good thing) people are still in the shopping, it was crowded to I left and came back and it still was crowded. I thought I could get in and get out.

It took me forever to find what I wanted. The display models and prices were misleading...much higher than I expected.

I asked a representative for assistance. She took over two minutes to assist me, so when I asked someone else she cut a very dirty look at me. I felt uncomfortable and felt as thought she was upset for not wanting to wait on her but the other representative was free, so I asked her for assistance instead of continuing to wait on the first representatives assistance.
