Had to sign in and no one was telling the customer when they came in until you had been staying there for a while.

No reason. I just don’t give perfect scores on anything. Look for some improvement inside the store. Managers and Sales!

When I first enter the store, the sales associates welcome me to the store, but some of the sale associates was leading against the counter on their phones. I thought that was very unprofessional. Also, I think each item needs a label. The sales associate tried to figure out the April birthstone, she had to grab the catalog to determine the correct stone. I thought that was inconvenience and unprofessional as well.

It was just a okay visit nothing especially stood out. Great beautiful store & beautiful sales people. I love Cumberland location.

Hi, After giving this location a second chance, I was still disappointed with the way the store runs. When entering no one welcomed me nor stated someone will assist you soon. I was standing there just looking around waiting for assistance. Once I was recognized the store lead came over and assisted me but I feel I was rushed during my visit.

There seems to be change in staff on my most recent visits. They aren't as knowledgeable and I understand that it takes time to learn and become familiar with everything. The store just has a different "feel" to it. I will see if there's a positive change on my next visit.
