1. There was a promotion flyer for an upcoming sale on the counter - I had to ask for it after checking out. 2. When I entered the store the associates were on other tasks like cleaning - they said high but not one stopped to give me their full attention.

I visited this Pandora the Friday before Mother’s Day, I anticipated a line but nothing more than 10 mins. This store did not have enough sale associates for this day.

Wait time. I wanted my bracket cleaned and was told I had to come back because there were customers in the store. I was purchasing and I waited my turn to purchase and should have received EVERYTHING I needed when it was my turn with an associate. I was not pleased with that. So I had a dirty braclet for mother’s day.

I purchase the Mother's Day bracelet set but according to the associate they ran out of the gift bags for the jewelry box. I had to go somewhere else to purchase which took away from the presentation. Totally dissatisfied.

This was my first time visiting this location. It was cramped and I waited in line for a long time before I was serviced. So long that one of the reps came to help because she said she had seen me waiting for a long time. Although I waited in line to be helped, someone walked right up to counter and was helped immediately. There has to be a better way. Also, I came into the store but the charms for my custom bracelet were not available at the store. No letters, no food/drink charms, and the rep couldn't located the falcons charms. There has to be a better filing system as well.
