Not enough staff

The birthstone I was looking for was not there for the items I wanted. I wanted the earrings I purchased to be in the March birthstone but it was not in stock in the store. The sales clerk was helpful with me finding something that was at least satisfactory for me.

The clips that I came in to get were sold out & I couldn’t order onlin. And the charm I wanted was discontinued.

The location is prime. The store is beautiful in the inside but the associates are subpar. One of the ladies had a terrible attitude. I visit this location often and EVERY time, her demeanor is so uninviting. The assistant manager was busy doing team schedules but he eventually helped me. I visit this location because it’s close and I love Pandora but the staff makes me think twice.

There were charms that I wanted that were out of stock so I had to settle for other ones.

Well there were two particular charms that I came into the store to purchase and both were sold out. Also my sister wanted to purchase a bracelet and they were also sold out if that as well!
